In 2001 as a 30-a-day smoker I was at my wits end.  I had been a smoker for 20 years and had tried and failed many times to quit smoking.  I had gone from cold turkey to patches. Nothing seemed to work. No matter how determined, something would come along and trip me up.  I realised that I had been conditioned to fail. I knew smoking was making me old and making me ill and I desperately wanted to stop.  Nothing else had worked, so with some skepticism I booked into see a hypnotherapist. I booked in for three sessions and by the third I was another successful non-smoker that had found hypnosis worked when nothing else had. For a while I still craved the nicotine sporadically, but my new inner voice, got me through. Even when my old smoking buddies tried to tempt me back, I had an inner resolve that was unbreakable. I had to make a few changes in my life, but they were good changes. The benefit from the hypnosis was so much bigger than just stopping smoking. Even after the first session I developed a new respect for my life and my health. Not only had I stopped smoking, I found that I did not gain weight and I even developed a passion for beautiful healthy food.  Any feeling of hunger I knew was just a craving for nicotine and it went away with a glass of water. Giving up smoking with hypnosis was worth every cent.  Within a few weeks I was in profit and twelve years on, well, I have stopped counting but it would be tens of thousands of dollars that I have not spent on cigarettes.

Hypnosis as an all round solution

It is not just smoking that can damage our health.  Few of of us exercise enough because we lack the motivation, the energy or can’t find the time.  Too many of us carry extra weight, that drains our energy, which in turn leaves us lacking the motivation to get out and exercise!  Perhaps one of life’s greatest ironies is that if we don’t find the time now, it may get taken off the clock later because we didn’t find the time now. Anxiety and stress eat into the few hours that we are supposed to dedicate to sleep.  Sometimes we are unable to let go of anger or irrational fear holds us back.  There are so many hurdles and so many news articles telling us what to avoid and yet we just keep repeating the things that we know do us harm. Hypnosis is wonderful and safe way to let go of old habits and behaviours, and  to repair broken programs and bad patterns. I do not ask my clients to book a package of sessions.  You may book and pay for each session as you go.  You decide how many you need.  


Fees are $195 per session Allow 1 to 1.5 hours for your first few sessions.  It took time for your issue or habit to develop, lets give it the time that it deserves to be resolved!
