I am passionate about helping people to stop, and that passion has translated into many successful outcomes.  I really do understand how frustrating it is when it feels like giving up is impossible and when non-smokers don’t understand what you are up against.  Reformed smokers can also be dogmatic.  When you come to Agile Hypnosis for your quit smoking with hypnosis sessions you will be greeted with warmth and understanding.  Better still you will leave knowing that you are a non-smoker and will be for life.

There are so many good reasons to quit smoking and very few reasons to keep the habit going.  Giving up smoking does not have to be hard,  and the benefits of quitting start straight away.  Within days your lungs will start to recover, and even the tiny blood vessels and capillaries under you skin will start to benefit from getting more oxygen.  You will see improvements in skin tone within three days.

As your lungs recover, you will have more energy and your fitness will improve.

How many sessions does it take to stop smoking? Some clients stop smoking after just one session, other clients require second and third sessions to help them deal with difficult triggers such as stress. While I recommend a minimum of two sessions, I am happy for you to book just one session and call for backup sessions if you think you need it. There is no hard sell.

For your peace of mind, I also provide free back-up telephone support. I like my clients to know that they can call to ask questions, or for moral support, or even to tell me that they are having wonderful success.  If I can’t take your call at that moment, leave me a message and I will call you back.

Will Hypnosis work for you? Hypnosis is a powerful tool but you must be committed to stop smoking for it to work.

Book a Stop Smoking Hypnosis Session

Your smoking cessation hypnotherapy session will start with a consultation, where I will find out more about your smoking habit, associations and routines.

We will work together to develop a practical hypnosis program that will ensure that you do not replace or substitute smoking with anything else.

Where is the Agile Hypnosis clinic? Agile Hypnosis is located in London Court in the Perth CBD.

I work office hours? Is it possible to get a weekend appointment or after work? For your convenience the clinic currently operates every day. I will do my best to fit you in, even at short notice. I can take late afternoon, early evening appointments too. There are limited lunch time slots available. Please call to enquire.

Do you offer a guarantee?   No  I know there are providers that do offer this, but legally it something that I cannot do.

The majority of my clients quit successfully with just one session.  Occasionally I have clients that prefer to have two sessions.  For any client that sees me three times within a year for Quit Smoking, I am happy to see them again for a further backup session for which there would be no fee.  To-date, I have only had one client utilise this free session.

Will my lungs heal if I quit smoking?

The process will take many years but the good news is that it starts straight away! Lungs will begin to repair within twenty minutes of putting out your last cigarette.
